Leadership is an ongoing marriage concerning the leader and superiors, leaders and colleagues, leaders and individuals, and primarily amongst leaders and followers. This intangible notion we simply call leadership most typically refers to the interaction of the chief and the follower. This interaction need to not be considered of in conditions of us and them. Followers are allies who be part of the leader, and collectively create the synergy that drives organizations. “Simply because the own connection defines the current good quality of interpersonal conversation amongst the chief and would-be followers, followers will not sign up for the leader without the requisite connection. Management is the romantic relationship.” (Blank, 1995, p. 12).

Leaders need several abilities in handling interactions. Not just followers but with all the stakeholders, including superiors, friends, and exterior constituents. “Romance actions is the extent to which the chief engages in two-way or multi-way interaction. It contains listening, encouraging, facilitating, giving clarification, and giving socio-psychological assistance.” (Bolman and Offer, 1997: 300). The reason of the marriage is to give each individual human being the possibility to expand and to lead to his or her fullest prospective and develop strengths in the midst of discrepancies.
